The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission ("Commission") is the environmental policy-making body for Arkansas.
The Commission will hold a special meeting today, January 17th. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on a Motion for Stay filed with the Commission by C&H Hog Farms, Inc.
The meeting will be at 2:00 p.m. at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
