On December 29, 2022, Bay Bridge Administrators, LLC (“BBA”) filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Massachusetts after an unauthorized party was able to access sensitive consumer information stored on the company’s computer network. Based on the company’s official filing, the incident resulted in an unauthorized party gaining access to consumers’ full names and Social Security numbers. After confirming that consumer data was leaked, BBA began sending out data breach notification letters to all individuals who were impacted by the recent data security incident.
