The Supreme Court has granted Sandoz’s petition for certiorari, and Amgen’s cross-petition for certiorari in Amgen v. Sandoz.

The motion of Apotex, Inc., et al. for leave to file a brief as amici curiae is granted. The petitions for writs of certiorari are granted. The cases are consolidated and a total of one hour is allotted for oral argument.
