It is well known that leave to amend the pleadings under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is to be "freely granted."

But there are limits. And, true to form, Roca Labs could, we argue (along with Florida counsel Marc Randazza), be counted on to exceed those limits, and not merely by a little bit.
