By January 1, 2021, California employers with five or more employees must provide at least one hour of interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment prevention to all non-supervisory employees in California. On May 20, 2020, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (“DFEH”) released free online training to meet this requirement. It is currently available in English and will become available in Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Korean in coming months.

The DFEH also plans to release similar training for supervisors, who are required to complete two hours of training by January 1, 2021.

The training can be found here.
