Focus broadly on the Title IX Coordinator role and the 2020 Title IX Regulations. Coordinator One: Foundations is one of two introductory courses in the Coordinator curriculum. This course focuses on an understanding of foundational law, case law, regulations, and regulatory guidance with emphasis on sexual harassment policy and procedures as required by the 2020 Title IX regulations.
