On October 28, 2014, the Department published draft guidelines for Pass-Through Entity Withholding.  These guidelines are now available on the Department’s Guidelines for Pass-Through Entity Withholding website. The comment period for the draft version of the guidelines begins on October 28, 2014 and will continue through December 29, 2014.  Please submit any comments regarding the draft guidelines via e-mail to Matthew Huntley at matthew.huntley@tax.virginia.gov. Final guidelines and other information regarding the guidelines will be posted on the Department’s website in the future.
