The ninety-day window for the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) cannabis license applications for applicants looking to participate in the state lottery for recreational adult use retail facilities and for those interested in applying under Section 149 of the statute opened on February 3, 2022, and the micro-cultivator license applications went live on February 10, 2022.

In an effort to provide additional information to applicants, the Social Equity Council (SEC) will be providing a virtual webinar regarding the different license types at 12:00 p.m. tomorrow, February 16. Please visit this link if you are interested in attending the webinar. Previous webinars on “Understanding the Basics” and “Financing your Cannabis Business” can also be viewed on the SEC’s YouTube channel.
