Welcome to the May edition of the Alston & Bird CPSC Recall Snapshot.

Earlier this month, the CPSC joined its counterparts at the Federal Consumer Protection Agency of Mexico (PROFECO) and Health Canada in attending the Fourth North American Consumer Product Safety Summit, held in Bethesda, Maryland. The CPSC, PROFECO, and Health Canada met to not only take stock of their joint accomplishments in recent years but also to gather input from consumer products’ stakeholders, to identify areas for joint work, and to develop a plan for future collaboration.
