Some Vermont cases will be transferred to California.

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on May 3 that all data entry for FY 2018 H-1B cap-subject petitions had been completed.

USCIS further noted that all H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected will be returned, but the agency could not provide a specific timeframe for this process; an announcement will be made once all the unselected petitions have been returned. Additionally, some H-1B cap-subject petitions will be transferred from the Vermont Service Center to the California Service Center for processing. USCIS will issue transfer notifications accordingly.

Finally, USCIS confirmed that the suspension of premium processing for all H-1B petitions, including cap-subject petitions, will remain in effect. While premium processing is suspended, all I-907 forms will be rejected.
