Courts no longer slow down during the summer, though the number of decisions with particular significance to diversity practitioners were fewer than in previous months. As in the past, this issue attempts to highlight developments in the law, legislation and policy that impact workforce diversity policies and programs as well as risks that may be embedded in well-established anti-discrimination/diversity programs.
