-Recent EEOC enforcement activity affecting health care employers, including leave of absence policies, criminal background checks, and pregnancy accommodations.

-Whistleblower claims under federal and state laws and preventive measures health care employers can take to reduce risk of complaints.

-Considerations for handling employees with infectious diseases, including the clinical risk of working while infected, the availability of paid sick leave, and being sensitive to confidentiality and ADA requirements.
