The following is the International Lawyers Network's Corporate Specialty Group's fourth release of its corporate publication, "Establishing a Business Entity: An International Guide." This collaborative electronic guide offers a summary of key corporate law principles in 31 countries across the globe, serving as a quick, practical reference for those establishing an entity in these jurisdictions.

Director of Global Relationship Management, and the guide's facilitator, Lindsay Griffiths, says "The fourth edition of the guide expands our previous efforts, with the addition of ten new jurisdictions. The group continues to work collaboratively to update the guide with the latest figures and regulations for their countries, and we're thrilled to provide this valuable resource for firms and companies with multinational business needs."
