Justin has successfully defended and assisted clients in major employment law matters in state and federal courts across the country, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and DOL. Clients often turn to Justin for counsel on discrimination, retaliation, and harassment issues, employee leave questions, whistleblower protections, reasonable accommodation, noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, and shareholder agreements and disputes, among other matters.

Matt McLelland, Panelist
Covenant Logistics | VP of Sustainability and Innovation
For the first 15 years of his professional career, Matt has been solely focused on technology — from large Silicon Valley software companies to startups to a brief stint with a family foundation, coming to work every day not to make money, but rather give it away. In early 2000, he entered the logistics and supply chain world, primarily in technology, but constantly sidetracked by new solutions for trucking, warehousing, and anything that would make his industry more efficient. Then in mid-2015, his employer opened one of the supply chain industry's first "Innovation Labs," a loosely structured group with the single purpose of research testing early-stage technologies. Matt and his team spent time looking at everything from inventory counting drone aircraft to highly automated warehouse solutions to processes that could be significantly enhanced using virtual reality.
Matt tried to leave the logistics industry in early 2018, but was given a unique opportunity to join Covenant Logistics, a premium service provider of transportation and warehousing services. In his role as VP of Sustainability and Innovation, he works directly with senior leadership to research future trends in the logistics industry and evaluate their applicability to Covenant's strategy of providing more affordable, safer, and cleaner delivery of products. Lately, he has been spending most of his time looking at corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social and (corporate) governance (ESG) as many supply chain companies are looking for ways to reduce their carbon footprints using everything from alternative fuels like battery electric and hydrogen to autonomous vehicles to optimization software.

Jason Provonsha is the CEO of Steam Logistics, a technology-enabled third-party logistics business based in Chattanooga, TN, and with additional offices in Birmingham and Minneapolis. Founded originally in 2012 as a sister company to Access America Transport, Steam became independent in 2014 after the merger of Access America and Coyote Logistics. Since then, Steam has scaled quickly and been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies each of the last five years, along with its annual list of Best Workplaces.
At Steam, Provonsha primarily focuses on growth, company vision and culture, and talent acquisition. Prior to Steam, Provonsha previously held executive positions at both Access America and Coyote.
