FDIC publishes January 2026 enforcement actions

On February 27, the FDIC published its list of administrative enforcement actions issued in January. The agency reported eight orders, which included two consent orders, two orders terminating consent orders, two orders assessing civil money penalties, and two prohibition orders. The FDIC also reported that no administrative hearings were scheduled for the month of March.
