On 18 December, 2020, GHY Culture & Media Holding Co., Limited (GHY) was officially listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), following its successful initial public offering of ordinary shares. This is the first SGX-ST Mainboard primary listing and initial public offering (IPO) in Singapore by a Cayman Islands company in more than four years.
