Florida Medical Clinic Notifies Nearly 95,000 People of Recent Data Breach

On March 10, 2023, Florida Medical Clinic (“FMC”) filed a notice of data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (“HHS-OCR”) after learning that unauthorized actors gained access to the FMC computer system following a ransomware attack.
