The National Anti-Corruption Authority ("ANAC") has recently published the guide lines regarding the "Procedures for the award of public contracts amount lower than the Community thresholds, market surveys and training and management the lists of economic agents "(the 'Guidelines Scheme") provided for by art. 36 paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 (the "New Code") in concerning procedures for the award of "sub-threshold" contracts in which the fall procedures of direct procurement. The consultation period of this scheme ended May 16, 2016; at present, it is pending the approval of the Guidelines.
