Most have, but some have not.

While the majority of pharmaceutical companies within the Fortune 500 affirmatively state that they do not sell personal information, a significant minority have been silent, or unclear, about their selling practices.  Indeed, for nearly one in three pharmaceutical companies it is not possible to determine, based upon the privacy notices drafted by those companies to comply with the CCPA, whether they sell personal information.1
