- Excerpt from Sebelius: No More Health Law Delays; No Enrollment Extension:

On March 12, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified before the House Ways and Means Committee that there would be no further delay of the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate, which requires individuals to obtain acceptable health insurance by March 31, 2014.
