Indiana Holds At Stage 4.5 Of Reopening Plan; Masks Still Required

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has announced that reopening will remain at Stage 4.5 through September 25, 2020.

Under Stage 4.5, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues are not allowed to return to full capacity. Additionally, amusement parks, raceways, and movie theaters (among others) are limited to 50 percent of capacity. For a full list of restrictions under Stage 4.5.

Governor Holcomb also extended the statewide face mask order through September 25. This decision was made because of COVID-19 positivity rates in Indiana, which have plateaued since the mask order was enacted. Governor Holcomb stated, “[W]e’d like to see it to start to trend down even more so.”
