Dear Readers: It is my pleasure to present once again our annual recap of popular reader topics on JD Supra for the past year. As with last year's list, I've noted the rising and falling interest of certain topics, as well as those appearing for the first time.

Once again, for the third year in a row, writing on all aspects of the Affordable Care Act (debate, implementation, impact, etc) remains in top spot. Topics with the biggest leap in interest (measured by a rise of more than ten spots on the list, 2015 v. 2014): retaliation, employee handbooks, cybersecurity, and employer liability issues. New to the list in 2015: mortgage servicers, inter partes review proceedings, enforcement actions, H-1B visas, the Military Lending Act, Medicare, the IRS, chief compliance officers, the ADA, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Finally, I'd like to take this year-end moment to say thank you to the many authors writing daily on JD Supra, publishing their analysis and professional insights. We are lucky to publish an immense amount of good work by smart folks on an extraordinarily wide array of matters. Thank you for all of it.
