This is a joint pretrial statement in District of Columbia Superior Court in a medical malpractice case that later resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff against three of the defendants for a little under $6 million. The case concerned failure of a neurologist and a radiologist to diagnose that a patient in her early 40s was at high risk for an impending stroke.
