A friendly reminder to Minnesota readers – local governments with moratoriums on the sale, manufacture and distribution of hemp-derived THC edibles will pursue violations. As reported last week by WCCO, three Minnesotans were cited for violating Champlin’s moratorium.

To assist in easing some confusion on where moratoriums exist, we created a publicly available survey on moratoriums in Minnesota. Consider reaching out with questions before selling, manufacturing or distributing hemp-derived THC edibles in Minnesota.
