AB 562 – Cities and Counties Must Provide Report Before Approving Economic Development Subsidies to Businesses
Effective January 1, 2014.

AB 1090 - New California Law Authorizes FPPC to Provide Advice or Opinions, Investigate and Enforce Violations of Government Code Section 1090
Effective January 1, 2014.

AB 1149 and SB 49 - New Law Requires Local Public Agencies in California To Notify Anyone Affected by a Security Breach
Both laws effective January 1, 2014.
