OCC announces enforcement actions for January 2026

On January 15, the OCC announced six actions taken in December 2025, including an order of prohibition issued against a former branch operations associate manager. Apart from the order of prohibition, the OCC terminated five enforcement actions, including cease and desist orders and formal agreements, after determining that either the banks had demonstrated compliance with all articles of the enforcement actions or that the actions had become outdated or irrelevant to the banks’ current circumstances.
