OCC releases CRA evaluations for November 2025

On December 1, the OCC released its CRA performance evaluations for 32 national banks and federal savings associations on how well they meet the credit needs in their communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. The evaluations, made public for the period of November 1 through November 30, assigned ratings of Outstanding, Satisfactory, Needs to Improve, or Substantial Noncompliance. Eight institutions received “Outstanding” ratings, while the remainder were rated as “Satisfactory.” No institution received “Needs to Improve” or “Substantial Noncompliance” ratings for this period.
