Proposition 65: NSRLs for Titanium Dioxide

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has adopted No Significant Risk Levels (NSRLs) for titanium dioxide (airborne, unbound particles of respirable size) of 440 micrograms per day for airborne, unbound titanium dioxide particles with diameters of 10 micrometers or less, and 44 micrograms per day for airborne, unbound titanium dioxide particles with diameters of 0.8 micrometers or less.

Proposed PHG for 1,4-Dioxane in Drinking Water

OEHHA is extending the public comment period by 15 days on the draft technical support document for the proposed public health goal (PHG) for 1,4-dioxane in drinking water. The comment period will now close on November 25. The extension is in response to a request from the American Chemistry Council.
