SCE is soliciting proposals from sellers of renewable electric energy products ("Products") generated from eligible renewable energy resources ("ERRs"). SCE will enter into one or more purchase and sale agreements for Products attributable to proposed generating facilities that use, or are associated with the generation of electricity using, an ERR.
