Today, the Supreme Court granted certiorari in the three cases:

Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky, No. 16-1435: Is Minnesota Statute Section 211B.11, which broadly bans all political apparel at the polling place, facially overbroad under the First Amendment?

National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra, No. 16-1140: Whether the disclosures required by the California Reproductive FACT Act violate the protections set forth in the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment, applicable to the States through the Fourteenth Amendment.

Lozman v. Riviera Beach, No. 17-21: Does the existence of probable cause defeat a First Amendment retaliatory-arrest claim as a matter of law?
