Colorado voters approved Proposition 122, the Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA), in the 2022 general election. On May 2, 2023, the Colorado Legislature passed SB23-290, the formal implementation bill for Proposition 122. During the 2023 legislative session, the Colorado Legislature worked hard to honor the intention of Proposition 122 as it built out a full policy framework.
