The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council (FAR Council) released a proposed rule that would establish greenhouse gas emissions reporting requirements that would impact federal contractors. Meanwhile, the State Department launched various climate-focused initiatives and expanded U.S. involvement in existing programs.
