The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has set up a Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform website to provide industry members more information on how the TTB will implement portions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act signed into law on December 22, 2017.

The new website provides the TTB’s initial guidance on items such as tax rate effective dates, new rate structures, forms that have been (and will be) utilized, and eligibility for tax cuts. The TTB has likewise provided answers to general and frequently asked questions concerning the new tax rate structures.
