Today, OSHA posted a press release announcing two week reprieve for employers to submit the 300As (only the 300As this year regardless of size if more than 20 employees) from December 1 to December 15, 2017. See the link to the press release on OSHA's webpage - https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USDOL/bulletins/1c6be1d . The link also lists the states that have not yet adopted the recordkeeping regulation and for which there is no current requirement to submit the electronic data. OSHA also mentions it continues to review the regulation and will publish another notice of proposed rulemaking in 2018. Please let us know if you have any questions.
