When it comes to EEO and AA planning, census data can be an invaluable resource, but understanding its implications can prove difficult. Since February 2021, Judy Julius, owner and primary consultant of EEO Consulting has been using new national, state, local and industry census data to help employers evaluate their workforces and look for disparities and underutilization trends as they prepare affirmative action plans for the coming year. Join this one-hour webinar as Julius shares exactly what data is aggregated (and what is suppressed!), and leave with links to help you map your job titles from 488 prior codes to 237 new codes. Come prepared to ask questions!
