Speakers: 

Patrick M Martin, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management 
Patrick has over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry and began his career with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2004. He closely works with business owners, individuals, and 401(k) participants in helping them prepare for a sound retirement and is designated by the firm as a Retirement Benefits Consultant. Patrick attended Butler University and graduated with a B.S. in Finance where he was a member of the Men's Soccer Team and is active in their alumni group. Originally from St. Louis, MO Patrick resides in downtown Washington, DC with his wife and son.

Mark A Siegel, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management 
A 1989 scholar-athlete and graduate of Georgetown University, Mark has been with Merrill Lynch for 25 years as a Financial Advisor. Mark has worked with over 300 businesses on crafting and maintaining their retirement programs. Additionally, he works with business owners and high net worth individuals on estate needs and wealth management strategies. In 2006, Mark pioneered a program that directly interfaces Merrill employees with combat wounded veterans at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Mark has four children and lives in Potomac, MD.

Jerome Bourgeois, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management 
A graduate of New York University with a background in the entertainment industry and retail banking, Jerome has 9 years of experience in the financial services industry working with small businesses and high net worth individuals. He’s worked with filmmakers, actors, recording artists, and, entertainment executives when he was working in various capacities within the entertainment industry and he’s also helped small business owners, non-profit organizations, government contractors, attorneys, IT professionals, and entrepreneurs with their banking, lending, investment, merchant services, treasury management, and payroll needs. He recently joined Merrill Lynch last year as a Financial Advisor and focuses on helping his clients with their short and long-term financial goals and risk mitigation. Originally from Silver Spring, MD he currently resides in Germantown, MD and is an active member in the NYU Tisch alumni group.

Gary Swenson, CEDS, Liquid Litigation Management (LLM)
Gary Swenson is a sales and marketing professional in the legal technology industry. His tenure spans over 20 years where he has established many colleagues and friendships. Gary’s current role is Senior Discovery Consultant with Liquid Litigation Management (LLM). LLM offers a fully integrated end-to-end discovery platform, Lit Manager, along with eDiscovery consulting and services. Originally Gary is from Minneapolis, MN where he started his legal technology career with Control Data Corporation (CDC). A current resident of Washington, DC, Gary also resided in Manhattan for many years. Gary has consulted on many complex litigation matters and investigations. His clients include multi-national corporations and law firms within the United States and abroad.
