The United States federal government is the largest purchaser of supplies and services in the world. However, in recent years more and more federal contracts are set-aside for participants in the Federal Small Business programs. Without the ability to compete for these contracts, success in this industry can be tough. How do you become eligible to participate in those programs and compete for all of the set-aside contracts solicited by the government?
In this webinar, attorney Maria Panichelli will walk attendees through the eligibility requirements for each of the Federal Small Business programs including the small business program, the 8(a) program, the Women-Owned program, the HUBZone program, and both the SBA and VA Veteran-owned programs. Maria will discuss how to determine if you are eligible, how to get certified, and how to avoid common missteps that might nullify eligibility.
