If you work in government contracting today, SAME Philadelphia Post Small Business COI and Obermayer would like to invite you to a time-critical webinar on the recent COVID -19 Safety Protocols Effecting Federal Government Contractors. You are probably aware that the requirement to comply with this rather far-reaching Guidance is being incorporated into new and existing Federal contracts and subcontracts. But do you know what is really required of you and your employees?

In this webinar, experienced Government Contracts attorney Maria Panichelli will explain the compliance requirements in detail, including who and what contractors are covered, and what those contractors need to do in regards to the vaccine mandates, masking/physical distancing, the designation of a COVID-19 coordinator, and subcontract flow-down. She will discuss medical and religious accommodations, and what the latest Guidance says about how to deal with employees who refuse to get vaccinated.

Maria will also answer some of the most common questions relating to enforcement, conflict with state laws, interplay/overlap with OSHA’s ETS rule, and subcontractor compliance.

Finally, the webinar will finish up with the key considerations contractors need to keep in mind with regard to both new contracts and modifications to existing contracts.
