David A. Weir, Senior Vice President of Business Development at RicePoint Administration Inc.: Weir was the founder and President of RicePoint until its sale to Computershare in August 2016. Weir has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business. Before founding RicePoint, Weir was a vice president with a national telecommunications firm, where he accumulated a wealth of experience in leading and managing marketing, financial and operational functions.
