- CLE credit is available for this webinar. Wiley is an accredited or approved CLE provider in the following states: California, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Wiley will apply for credit in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. The list of states Wiley is not currently able to offer CLE credit includes Alabama, Louisiana, Nebraska, New York, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, and Wyoming. In these instances, Wiley can offer a certificate of attendance. Wiley requires entire live program participation and submission of all CLE documentation for those seeking credit. We also encourage you to complete the program evaluation at the end of the program.
- For New York CLE purposes, attorneys may earn CLE credit under New York’s Approved Jurisdiction policy, as explained here.
