In addition to his management role at Ipro, Derek continues to be a hands-on consultant providing presentation strategies and technology solutions to trial teams in a variety of cases and high-stakes proceedings. His proven ability to work with multiple parties in high profile, complex litigation has allowed him to work on some of the most prominent cases in the United States. Derek has served as a consultant and courtroom technology advisor to the Department of Justice and Department of Defense in their successful defense of the cancellation of a $5 Billion dollar contract. He also was the technology consultant for an International Beverage Importer/Distributor in their dispute with a Mexican Tequila Manufacturer.
