[Webinar] Health Law Executive Briefing: Restrictive Covenants and Related Topics in the Health Care Space and Beyond

On Thursday, March 12, in the next installment of Rivkin Radler’s Health Law Executive Briefings, Tamika Hardy and Syma Shulman Levine will present “Restrictive Covenants and Related Topics in the Health Care Space and Beyond.” Moderated by Ben Malerba, the presenters will report on the law related to restrictive covenants including non-competes, non-solicitation, non-interference, and confidentiality agreements. They will offer guidance for businesses and individuals as they structure employment agreements, shareholder agreements, and buy-sell agreements. They will review nuances including differing contexts based on employment or ownership status of the restricted person, public policy concerns, as well as national differences and similarities among the emerging statutes.
