Anne advises businesses on the rapidly changing laws and regulations regarding the nascent hemp and medical cannabis industries in Virginia. Together with Jonathan Gallo, she heads up the firm’s Hemp & Medical Cannabis practice.

While working at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Jonathan was part of the team responsible for the implementation of the State of New Hampshire’s first therapeutic cannabis program which continues to this day. The three-year effort included the development of program regulations, the applications process, selection, and the eventual licensing of four therapeutic cannabis dispensaries that are the first of their kind in the state.
