Amy assists employers in various labor and employment matters, including litigation and human resources counseling. Amy uses her strong research and writing skills to effectively advocate for the Firm's clients in employment litigation in both state and federal courts, and help them respond to charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and other state agencies. Additionally, Amy counsels employers on day-to-day human resources questions, and drafts employment handbooks, policies, and procedures.

Zoe is an associate in the Firm's Labor & Employment practice group.

She helps employers navigate through labor and employment matters by providing thoughtful human resources counseling and strategic representation. At the agency level, Zoe uses her effective writing skills to help clients respond to charges of discrimination.

Zoe earned her J.D. from University of Illinois College of Law where she was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing & Analysis and Introduction to Advocacy. She served as the Chairman of the University of Illinois Student Legal Services Advisory Board and an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy. In 2018, Zoe was named a National Semi-finalist at the Williams Institute Moot Court Competition at UCLA School of Law.
