June 3rd, 2020
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM CDT

Meritas is excited to present a panel discussion about the practical challenges of cannabis banking and insurance. The panel will include professionals from the insurance, banking, and compliance, fields who focus specifically on the cannabis sector. The program will be presented in a Q&A format, exploring the practicalities of obtaining insurance and banking services for direct and indirect cannabis businesses, as well as insight into the regulatory and compliance challenges those banks face in providing those services. The program is appropriate for and open to both Meritas attorneys advising direct and indirect cannabis businesses, and clients in those sectors.

The panel will try to address any questions received before the webinar. Those questions should be sent to Krystle Dahl and Alex Malyshev by May 29, 2020. There may be an opportunity to ask follow up questions during the presentations, time permitting.
