In this two-part webinar series, Partners Tim Furin and Maria Panichelli will review OTAs and provide contractors with the information they need to prepare themselves for the changing landscape of DoD procurement.

In Part Two, Tim and Maria will discuss OT formation and administration. Topics covered will include publication, negotiation, terms and conditions, modifications, disputes, and terminations/cancellations of OTAs.
