It has now been one full year since the Small Business Administration launched its Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). As we take a look back and begin to prepare for the next steps that organizations must take now to insulate against enforcement risks, please join McDermott Will & Emery and BDO for a 360-degree view of what has happened and what can be expected moving forward.
Program attendees will hear direct insights from a former Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutor with frontline experience related to COVID-19 relief funding, as well as an industry expert with inside knowledge of the complexities of the inevitable audit process. During this program, our panelists will address the current state of the PPP, what borrowers need to do in order to prepare for an audit and potential pitfalls to mitigate risk and avoid potential litigation exposure. Attendees will walk away with practical advice to deal with necessity questionnaires, forgiveness applications and a variety of other issues that may affect day-to-day operations.
We encourage attendees to ask questions in advance so we have the opportunity to customize our conversation, so please submit your questions during registration.
