[Webinar] South Carolina Attorney General’s Office: Consumer Protection in South Carolina and IRS Regulations Affecting Consumer Protection Settlements

Join Kelley Drye for a webinar featuring special guest speakers South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and Assistant Deputy of the Consumer Protection Division Jared Libet. The session will explore current consumer protection priorities in South Carolina and provide insights into the state’s consumer protection laws.
