With the 2022 year coming to a close, we reflect on the many successes made to improve the workplace. One initiative in particular claimed its stake in the ground this year – fair and equitable pay. As Josh Bersin and team shared in their 2022 predictions, pay equity is indeed one of the key differentiators for attracting and retaining talent.

Organizations are finally focusing on pay equity, whether it be because they recognize the immense value it has in improving business performance or to simply comply with increasing pay equity-related legislation, the fact remains that it is being embraced.

As organizations become more accustomed to making compensation more transparent, they must give special attention to the data, analytics, and technology powering their fair pay initiatives. Employers committed to fostering an equitable workplace will need to prove it and a pay equity audit is one of the best ways to begin this process.

Join Senior Vice President of Research at The Josh Bersin Company, Kathi Enderes, Ph.D. and Trusaic’s Chief of Data Science, Mark Dwyer, Ph.D. for a discussion on the state of pay equity, including new insights identified in our joint research report, The Important Role of Data, Analytics, and Technology in Pay Equity. Together, Kathi and Mark will make clear the distinction between pay gaps and pay disparities, as well as review the underlying data powering these important concepts. In addition to explaining how a pay equity audit is conducted, Kathi and Mark will explore the role of technology in facilitating pay equity audits and discuss organizational challenges and success stories with achieving pay equity.
