After only a few days in the White House, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have already made notable changes to the leadership of federal agencies that administer the nation’s labor and employment laws.

This is an early signal that President Biden intends to fulfill campaign promises to move workplace law, and its enforcement, in a decidedly employee-friendly direction. Join the Center City Proprietors Association and Obermayer labor & employment attorneys Michael Pepperman, Ivo Becica, and Melissa Blanco, as they outline the most likely potential changes and how employers can prepare.
